摘 要:由于可调谐第二代电流传输器调谐因子较窄以及电流控制的第二代电流传输器X端内部可控电阻r、受温度影响很大的问题,对可调谐的第二代电流传输器进行研究。引入2个电流增益可控的共源共栅电流镜放大电路和1个电压-电流转换器,提出了一种由电压控制的可线性调谐的第二代电流传输器,使电流增益能够通过外部电压之比连续可调谐。在3.3V供电电源条件下,采用TSMC0.35μm CMOS工艺参数对其进行Spectre模拟,结果表明,电压增益(v、/vy)及电流增益(ix/iz)的-3dB带宽分别为400和101~412MHz,电流增益调谐因子0≤k≤10.8,电路总谐波失真在3%以内.电路静态功耗为3.2mW.Because the tuning factor of the second generation of tunable current conveyor (ECC-II) is relatively narrow, and the second generation current conveyor (CCC-II) of current controlled x terminal internal controllable resistance rx is highly affected by the temperature. the ECC-II was researched. By using two current gain controllable cascode current mirror amplifier circuits and a voltage-current converter, the voltage controlled linear tunable the second generation current transmitter (VLTCC-II) was present, which can make current gain be adjustable continuously by controlling the external voltage ratio. The parameters of TSMC 0. 35 μm CMOS process with 3. 3 V power supply was simulated by the soft of Spectre, and the results show that -3 dB bandwidth of the voltage gain (vx/vy) and the current gain (ix/iz) are 400 and 101-412 MHz respectively, the current gain tuning factor k is from 0 to 10. 8, and the circuit total harmonic distortion is less than 3% while the circuit power consumption is 3.2 mW.
