摘  要:针对普通V带传动设计过程中存在的问题,建立了普通V带多目标优化设计的数学模型。考虑中心距和小带轮包角作为性能约束条件,使其满足设计要求。并利用MATLAB软件编写了普通V带传动遗传算法优化设计程序,绘制出最佳适应度值线图描述遗传算法的搜索过程,在获得可靠的V带传动结构全局最优解的同时,使求解过程简化,计算精度提高,从而为普通V带传动优化设计提供了理论参考和借鉴。In view of the existing problems during the design process of the V belt transmission, a mathematical model of multi-objective optimization design with V belt transmission was established. The center distance and the small belt wheel angle were considered, so as to satisfy the requirements of design. And the genetic algorithm optimization design program of V belt transmission was written based on MATLAB software. Drawing the best fitness line graph to describe the search process of the genetic process and obtaining the global optimal solution of V belt transmission,at the same time the solving process was simplified and the accuracy of calculation was improved. Providing theoretical reference for the optimization design of the V belt transmission.
