摘 要:结合数字处理系统的离散化特点,推导出矿井提升机调速系统的转矩及磁链预测方程,并详细地分析了造成转矩脉动过大现象的原因。根据转矩和磁链误差查询离线开关表(LUT)获得有效电压矢量后,采用零矢量注入的方式对有效电压矢量的幅值进行修正,各矢量作用时间以下一采样点转矩脉动预测值最优为控制指标。搭建了基于"DSP+FPGA"的实验样机平台对上述PTC方法进行验证,结果表明控制方法能够有效地减小DTC系统低速段的转矩脉动,并获得恒定的开关频率,改善了传统矿井提升机DTC系统的控制性能。The digital processing system of the characteristics of the discrete was discussed. The torque and flux predictive functions of the mine hoist speed regulation system were solved. And the phe- nomenon of excessive torque ripple was detail analyzed. According torque and flux error check look up table (LUT) to obtain the effective voltage vector, and the zero voltage vector was added to correct the amplitude of the effective voltage vector. The action time of each vector was calculated with the objective of minimizing torque ripple at the next sampling point. Finally, an experiment was done based on "DSP+FPGA" digital processing platform to verify the proposed torque PTC method. Experimental resuits show that the proposed method can effectively reduce the torque ripple at low speed, constant switching frequency. The PTC method siguificantly improved the performance and obtain a of traditional DTC mine hoist speed regulation system.
