摘  要:为了研究镐形截齿截割夹矸煤岩时截齿磨损的关键因素,对镐形截齿磨损形式进行分析,得出镐形截齿截割夹矸煤岩的磨损机制,根据夹矸煤岩的物理特性配制试验煤样,通过对镐形截齿结构的分析,并在牛头刨床上进行镐形截齿截割试验。试验结果表明,镐形截齿截割夹矸煤岩时齿身上部磨损较剧烈,有明显的磨损划痕,且划痕偏向基本一致,合金头一侧有大块崩落,其余部分有可见裂纹。试验得出镐形截齿截割夹矸煤岩的磨损特性,对镐形截齿的设计及应用具有指导意义。To find out the key factors that influence the wear of pick when cutting coal seam with a stratum of gangue, the wear forms of pick are analyzed and the wear mechanism of cutting coal and rock is obtained in this paper. According to the physical properties of coal and rock, the coal samples are confected in the experimental preparation and the structure of pick is analyzed. The cutting experiment of coal samples in shaping machine indicates that the upper part of pick body wears intensely when cutting the coal samples. There are obvious scratches and ravines in the same direction on the upper part of pick body. On one side of alloy head there is a large piece of spallation and there are visible cracks in the rest area. The experiments obtain the characteristics of the pick wear cutting coal and rock and it has guiding significance for the design and application of pick.
