摘　　要：介绍了现代数控系统中的极坐标含义、极坐标参数(极半径、极角)的定义,结合实例针对用角度和长度尺寸给定的不同工件,分别应用绝对值或增量值编程,合理、快捷地设计了加工程序,实现了简化编程的目的。The paper describes the meaning of the polar coordinates, the definition of polar coordinate parameters （polar radius, polar angle） in modem CNC systems. An application in making different workpieces to given angle and length dimensions in either absolute or incremental values respectively is given. In this application, reasonable processing procedures are quickly designed, the purpose to simplify programming is accomplished
