摘　　要：根据高效立式加工中心自动换刀装置设计要求,选择盘式无机械手自动换刀装置;应用SolidWorks2010进行自动换刀装置的数字化设计;将其模型导入Simulation软件进行有限元静态分析。分析结果表明:该自动换刀装置可以满足换刀定位精度的要求。Disc no-finger automatic tool changer is chosen according to the design requirements of the automatic tool changer for efficient vertical machining center. SolidWorks2010 is applied to the digital design of automatic tool changer. Its model is imported into Simulation software for finite element static analysis. As is shown in the results, the automatic tool changer can meet the requirements of tool change positioning accuracy.
