摘  要:故障识别的关键是能否足够地细分故障信息。基于小波变换的故障信息提取技术应用较为广泛,但其只能对低于故障信息采样频率1/2的信号进行细分,对高于采样频率1/2的故障信息则无能为力。应用小波包对配电网短路故障信息进行变换,实现了故障信息在整个频段内的细分,对短路故障特征的详细分析具有重要意义。The adequate subdivision of the fault information is the key to fault identification. The fault information extraction technology based on wavelet transform is applied more widely, but it can subdivide the signal below half of the fault information sampling frequency only, and the fault information above half of the sampling frequency can't be subdivided. The power distribution network fault information was transformed using wavelet packet in this paper, and the fault information was subdivided throughout the whole spectrum, which is significant in the detailed analysis of the short fault characteristics.
