摘　　要：天津的医学发展分为三个阶段,发源于张锡纯的中西汇通,形成于吴咸中院士为代表的"三朵金花",至今处在高速发展的状态。在各个阶段,社会的稳定和政府的支持与否,以及代表性医家的学术观点和成果都影响着天津中西医结合的进程。因此,明确"津沽医学"发展脉络,传承天津名家学术思想,有助于我们更好地理解把握"津沽医学"的精髓,对更好地发展中西医结合有着重要的借鉴意义。The medical development in Tianjin can be divided into three stages： Origin stage with Zhang Xichun as representative and featured by integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine, Formation stage with W u Xianzhong, an academician, as one of three main representatives; And todays rapid development stage. In each stage ,its development is greatly influenced by stability of society, support from government, academic opinions and achievements of representative doctors. Therefore, knowing clearly about the development of＂ Jinggu Medicine＂ and inheriting academic thoughts of Tianjins famous doctors can help us better understand and grasp its quintessence which can be used to develop integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine for reference.
