摘 要:目的探讨MR动态增强联合扩散加权成像在乳腺良恶性疾病的诊断价值。方法收集本院2011年8月-2013年2月有手术或穿刺病理确诊的60例乳腺疾病患者的MR检查资料,分析病灶的形态学特点、时间-信号强度曲线及表观扩散系数(ADC),总结不同乳腺疾病的MRI特征及在乳腺疾病诊断的价值。结果 60例患者中,良性36例,恶性24例,诊断良性34例,恶性23例,诊断符合率分别为94%、95%。结论综合MR动态增强及扩散加权成像对乳腺良恶性疾病的诊断具有重要价值。Objective To investigate the diagnosis value of MR dynamic enhancement combined with diffusion weighted imaging (DWI) in benign of malignant breast lesions. Methods We evaluated the MR datas of 60 cases of breast disease which have been confirmed by surgery or pathology of puncture biopsy, the morphological characteristics, time-signal intensity curve and ap- parent diffusion coefficient (ADC) in the focus were analyzed to determine the MRI characteristics of breast disease and its value in the diagnosis of breast disease. Results The pathologic results revealed benign lesion 36 cases and malignancy in 24 malignant findings. After we correct diagnosis of 34 cases of benign and 23 cases of malignancy, the accuracy was 94% and 95% respectively. Conclusion MR dynamic enhancement combined with diffusion weighted imaging (DWI) is important for the diagnosis of breast disease.
