摘 要:【目的】研究喷施普洛马林对苹果幼树形态建成与15N吸收利用的影响,为分枝促进幼树提早成形和开花结果提供理论依据。【方法】以‘长富2号’/‘M26’/‘八楞海棠’为材料,采用常规和15N示踪的方法,研究普洛马林对苹果幼树形态建成和15N吸收利用的影响。【结果】喷施普洛马林抑制苹果幼树植株高度生长,促进分枝生长和主干粗度生长,叶片数量和总叶面积分别增加97.80%、50.18%,显著促进地下部细根生长,干质量增加16.7%;处理的幼树总氮含量、15N吸收量增加,氮肥利用率显著提高25.07%~34.74%。【结论】喷施普洛马林增加苹果幼树整体生物量,提高氮素营养吸收,有利于幼树形态建成和树体结构发育。[Objective]The objective of this experiment was to study the effects of promalin on growth and ^15N absorption and utilization of young apple trees, and to provide theoretical basis for promoting the formation and early flowering of the branch. [Method]The apple (Malus domestica Borth.) cultivar 'Fuji' was used as materials, using conventional and ^15N tracer method, and the influence of promalin on morphogenesis, ^15N absorption and utilization of apple trees were investigated. [Result]The results showed that the increase of plant height with promalin spraying was significantly inhibited, while the trunk diameter was significantly increased. Leaf number and total leaf area significantly increased by 97.80% and 50.18% by spraying promalin, respectively. Promalin spraying treatment promoted root growth of the young apple trees, and root dry weight increased by 16.7%. Promalin spraying treatment significantly raised the content of total nitrogen and ^15N uptake, and nitrogen utilization efficiency was increased by 25.07% to 34.74%. [Conclusion]According to experiment results, spraying promalin significantly increased the whole biomass, promoted nitrogen absorption of young apple trees, and accelerated the tree formation and structure development.
