白背毛木耳栽培基质添加豆粕对产量的影响

摘　　要：白背毛木耳属木腐性真菌,添加适量的氮源可以显著的提高木耳的产量,试验结果表明,膨化豆粕可以作为白背毛木耳的理想氮源,5%的添加量产量最高,效益最好;膨化豆粕的添加量增加,污染率也显著上升。Auricularia polytricha was a kind of wood - rot fungi, and adding the right amount of nitrogen source can significantly increase the production of Auricularia polytricha. The results showed that adding 5% soybean meal could increase yield by 12. 5% and income by 0.18 yuan. The contamination rate was increased with the increasing of soybean meal.
