摘  要:目的:研究了大鼠微循环障碍时脏器微循环和血压、心率、呼吸的变化规律和相互关 系.方法:用高分子右旋糖肝静脉注射复制微循环障碍的大鼠动物模型,用激光多普勒微 循环血流仪(LDF)测量肾脏和尾部微循环血流相对值,同时测量血压、心律、呼吸变化、实 验结果用统计学进行分析.结果:微循环障碍时肾脏和尾部微循环血流量和血压、心率均 下降.肾脏、尾部微循环血流量和血压、心律之间均有显著的相关性(r=0、838~0.900),与 呼吸无明显的相关性(r=-0.221~-0.758)结论:由于血压、心律和微循环明显相关,Objective: Under the circumstance of microcireulation disturbances of rats, the intecation of microcireulation of organs with blood presure, heart rate and respiration are studied. Methods:An experimental model of the microcirculation disturbance was created by intravenous injection of high molecular weight dextnan in rats. haser Doppler Flowmeter was used for measuring microcireulation blood perfusion on the surface of the tail and kidney. The blood pressure and heart rate were recorded simultaneously. Statistics analysis was used after experiment. Results: Microcireulation perfusion of tail and kidney decreases with blood pressure and heart rate when microcirculation disturbance occur. Blood perfusion or microcireulation in tail and kidney is strongly correlated to pressure and heal't ratr (r = 0.838-0.900), and not correlated to respiration (r = - 0.221 - - 0.758). Conclusion: Because of the correlation between blood pressure, herart rate and microcireulation blood pressure and heart rate may indicate microcirculation condition of organs indirectly.
