摘  要:目的探讨人造矿物纤维绝热棉纤维计数浓度与总粉尘质量浓度之间的定量换算关系。方法选择2家玻璃棉企业(A和B)、2家岩棉(含矿渣棉)企业(C和D)作为研究现场。纤维计数浓度和总粉尘质量浓度分别按照世界卫生组织(WHO)推荐方法和GBZ/T 192.1—2007《工作场所空气中粉尘测定第1部分:总粉尘浓度》进行测定。对玻璃棉、岩棉的两种浓度均分别进行Spearman等级相关,拟合线性回归、对数曲线、多项式、幂函数、指数曲线模型。结果玻璃棉、岩棉的纤维计数浓度与总粉尘质量浓度均呈正相关关系(P<0.05);所拟合线性回归、对数曲线、多项式、幂函数和指数曲线模型的决定系数(R2)均较低,玻璃棉R2最高的是指数曲线模型y=0.005 1e0.565 9 x(R2=0.418 9),岩棉R2最高的是幂函数模型y=0.014 6x1.023 7(R2=0.506 9)。结论玻璃棉、岩棉的纤维计数浓度虽与总粉尘质量浓度呈正相关,但两种浓度之间无固定的回归关系,两者的定量换算关系不明确。联合应用两种浓度可更客观地反映接触人造矿物纤维绝热棉的实际接触水平。Objective To explore the quantitative relationship between the number concentration of fibre and gravimetric concentration of total dust of the man--made vitreous fibre insulation wools. Methods 2 glass wool plants(A and B)and 2 rock wool (and slag wool) plants (C and D)were selected as the study sites. Method recommended by WHO was used to determine the number concentration of fibre, determination of dust in the air of workplace--Part 1: Total dust concentration (GBZ/T 192.1--2007) was used to determine the gravimetric concentration of total dust. Spearman rank correlation, linear regression, logarithmic curve, polynomial, power [unction and exponential curve model were used to explore the relationship between the two concentrations. Results Both glass wool and rock wool parallel samples have the positively correlated re- lationship between the number concentration of fibre and gravimetric concentration of total dust ( P^0. 05 ). Linear regression, logarithmic curve, polynomial, power function and exponential curve model were fitted respectively for the two concentrations, all the coefficient of determination (R2 ) were low. The model with the top Rz was exponential curve model 3,=0, 005 1e0565.9x (R2 =0. 418 9) for glass wool, and power function model y=0. 0146x1.0237 (R2 =0. 506 9) for rock wool. Conclusions Both glass wool and rock wool have the positively correlated relationship between the number concentration of fibre and gravimetric concentration of total dust, but the two concentrations have no fixed regression relationship and no clear quantitative relation- ship.
