摘  要:研究光伏阵列的数学模型和输出特性对其优化配置和最大功率点跟踪问题。为提高光伏发电效能,在光伏电池双二极管模型的基础上,推导出光伏阵列的数学模型,并对模型进行了改进和参数优化。根据最大功率点匹配原理,利用牛顿-拉夫逊算法确定Rs和Rp的值,建立了改进的双二极管光伏阵列的MATLAB仿真模型。改进模型结构简单,运算速度快,只需要光伏电池生产商家给定的参数就可以精确的仿真出在各种光照和温度条件下的输出特性。通过实验测量光伏电池板在不同条件下的输出电流、电压数据,与仿真结果进行对比,得出改进模型在低照度和高温度的条件下精度优于单二极管模型,并可适用于各种型号的光伏阵列。Research on the mathematical model and output characteristics of photovoltaic array has important sig- nificance for optimal allocation and maximum power point tracking. Based on the two-diode model of photovohaic cells, this paper deduced the mathematical model of photovoltaic array and made the improvement to the model and parameter optimization. According to the principle of the maximum power point matching, the photovoltaic array MATLAB simulation mode of the improved two-diode was established by use of the Newton-Ravson algorithm to de- termine the values of Rs and Rp. The model has the advantages of simple structure, fast operation, and the output characteristics for various light irradiation, and the temperature levels can be simulated exactly by only use of some pa- rameters from photovoltaic cell production businesses. The output current data of PV module under different condi- tions were measured by experiment. Compared with the simulation model, it is concluded that the precision of the model in low light and high temperature condition is better than that of ~he single diode model, and can be applied to various types of photovoltaic array.
