摘　　要：河南作为农业大省,提出建设新型农村社区,不仅是顺应农村社会经济发展的必然趋势,更是构建和谐社会、实现农村小康社会的有效形式。研究表明,财政能力、试点经验和农民意愿等是河南省新型农村社区发展的主要动力。As a big agricultural province, Henan, puts forward the construction of new type rural community, it is not only the inevitable trend of rural social economy development, but also the effective form to build a harmonious society and realize rural well-off society. Research has shown that fiscal capacity, pilot experience and farmers＆#39; will are the main power of the new type rural community development in Henan.
