摘　　要：本文针对石河子天富燃料运输有限公司燃煤运输车辆的管理现状,以GPS、GPRS、GIS、数据库等技术为支撑,对燃运车辆的监控管理系统设计背景进行了概述。According to the management status of fuel coal transport vehicles in Shihezi Tianfu Fuel Transport Co., Ltd., this paper takes the GPS, GPRS, GIS, databases and other technology as support to outline the design background of fuel transport vehicles monitoring and management system.
