摘 要:导游是旅行社的核心岗位,在旅游产业升级发展的新形势下,受到特别的关注。与此同时,导游工作量大、时间长、薪酬低、风险高、压力大、离职率高也为行业熟知。不断改进与完善导游的团队,令其朝良好的态势发展,是现今旅游市场建设的长远任务。相关从业人员应当找寻当前导游队伍建设过程中存在的不足,并针对性的予以改正,从而提高导游质量,促进导游领域进一步发展,为人们提供更优质的服务。The tour guide is the travel agency's core position. Under the upgrading and development of the tourism industry in the new situation, the tour guide is of particular concern. At the same time, we are also well known that the workload of tour guide is big, working time is long, their pay is low, their risk is high, their working pressure is high, and their turnover rate is high. To continuously improve and perfect the tour guide team and make it towards a good development trend is a long-term task of today's travel market construction.
