摘　　要：本文首先对日本情报人员资格考试历史、变革原因、演变过程及基本情况进行介绍,其次对2003年新实施的"情报检索应用能力考试"和"情报检索基础能力考试"考试内容大纲进行分析,并对考试出现的新动向和新特点进行归纳总结,最后提出建立我国情报人员考试制度建议和设想,对我国开展情报业务水平考试、情报职称改革和情报工作者职业资格认证制度建立等具有一定借鉴意义。This paper firstly introduced the history, reasons for change, evolution process and the basic situation of qualification examination for Japanese intelligence personnel, then analyzed the exam content outline of ＂Information Retrieval Proficiency Test＂ and＂Information Retrieval Basic Skills Test＂implemented in 2003, and summarized the new trends and new features of the examination, finally proposed to establish intelligence personnel examination system, which has a certain reference for conducting intelligence business examination and intelligence titles reform and establishing professional certification system for intelligence workers.
