甘草中皂甙和黄酮类化合物的提取分离与测定

摘　　要：对 8种国产甘草根茎中总皂甙和总黄酮类化合物提取分离方法进行了研究 。The methods on extraction and separation of total triterpene and flavonoid constituents from eight kinds of glycyrrhiza roots have been studied. Furthermore, the contents of glycyrrhizic acid in total triterpene, liquiritin and isoliquiritin in flavones have been detected with the Thin Layer Photon Density method.
