体育人才国际流动基本特征研究

摘　　要：本文查阅国内外相关文献资料,对体育人才国际流动研究进行文献综述,探讨了体育人才国际流动的价值和意义,对体育人才国际流动现状和基本特点进行了深入分析,进一步对我国体育人才建设提出相关的对策建议。文章认为必须认识到球员国际流动问题的复杂性,国家经济发展、文化选择、政治地位、历史遗产、语言行为、双边交流、生活方式等因素均会对其产生一定程度的影响,应结合本国政治经济与文化教育的实际情况来辩证看待。最终的政策设计目标是破除体育人才国际流动的两难困境,实现联赛经济和文化政治之间的均衡发展。本研究旨在促进我国运动员国际流动问题的解决,为我国体育经济和体育文化发展提供理论基础。On the basis of reviewing the relevant literature at home and abroad, the paper provides a summary on the literature about the international flow of sports talents, discusses its value and significance, deeply analyzes its current situation and basic characteristics, and puts forward further countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of sports talents in China. We must recognize the complexity of the international flow of players that such factors as national economic development, cultural selection, political status, historical heritage, language behavior, bilateral exchanges and lifestyle can have a certain degree of impacts on it, and then take a dialectical view on it with the actual situation of politics, economy and cultural education in players＇ countries. The ultimate objective of the policy planning is to get rid of a dilemma for the international flow of sports talents as to realize the balanced development between league economy and cultural politics. The paper intends to introduce valuable remarks, and thus promotes the solution to the international flow problem of athletes in China and provides the theory basis for the development of China＇s sports economy and culture.
