摘  要:目的:建立叠鞘石斛中联苄类化合物的含量测定方法。方法:以石斛酚为对照品,未加显色剂条件下,建立紫外可见分光光度法测定叠鞘石斛中联苄类化合物的含量。结果:确定最佳吸收波长280nm,石斛酚在浓度4.88-58.56μLg/mL范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.9998),平均加样回收率为97.39%,RSD=2.97%。结论:该方法准确、简单、快捷,重现性好,适用于叠鞘石斛中联苄类化合物含量的测定。Objective: To establish the content determination method for bibenzyl compounds in Dendrobinm denneanum. Methods: Under the condition of not adding chromogenic agent, using ultraviolet and visible spectmphotometfic determi- nation to detect the content of bibenzyl compounds with gigantol as the standard substance. Results: The best absorption wavelength was 280 nm. Gigantol had a liner relationship with the absorbance in the range of 4. 88 - 58. 56 p.g/mL ( r = 0. 9998 ) . The average re- covery for gigantol was 97. 39%, RSD was 2.97%. Conclusion: The method is simple, sensitive, accurate and can be used for bibenzyl compounds determination in Dendrobinm denneanum.
