摘 要:目的:研究藏药巴桑母酥油丸对放射线-化学复合损伤小鼠骨髓造血组织面积和基质细胞粘附能力的影响,探究桑母酥油丸促进其外周血像恢复的机制。方法:放射线-化学复合损伤小鼠灌胃巴桑母酥油丸14 d后,制股骨切片,用图像分析软件测其骨髓造血组织面积百分比;进行骨髓基质细胞培养,测其对骨髓细胞黏附能力。结果:巴桑母酥油丸组的骨髓造血组织面积百分比显著高于空白组和生理盐水组;骨髓基质细胞培养第7、14、20 d后对骨髓细胞的黏附力亦均显著高于空白组与生理盐水组。结论:促进骨髓造血组织恢复、提高基质细胞对造血细胞粘附力可能是巴桑母酥油丸经干预骨髓造血微环境进而促进放射线-化学复合损伤小鼠外周血像恢复的途径之一。Objective: Research the effect of traditional Tibetan tonic prescription Basangmu Suyou Wan on bong marrow hema- topoietic tissue proportion and stromal ceils adhering ability in radiation, chemistry injured mice, to explore the mechanism of Basang- mu Suyou Wan advance peripheral blood photo recovery in these mice. Methods: The radiation, chemistry injured mice gastric per- fused with Basangmu Suyou Wan (BSM-group) lasted for 14 day, then sectioned femur, test the proportion of bone marrow hemato- poietic tissue with image analysis soft ware, cultured the bone marrow stromal ceils and test it's adhering ability to bone marrow cells, both of data compared with physiological saline gastric perfused mice ( PS- group) and did not gastric perfused mice ( blank group). Results: The proportion of bone marrow hematopoietic tissue in BSM-group is higher obviously than the PS- group and blank group, the bone marrow stromal cells cultured last 7, 14, 20 days, the adhering ability to bone marrow cells in BSM-group are higher obvi- ously than the PS- group and blank group both. Conclusion: Stimulating the bone marrow hematopoietic tissue recovery and promoting tbe stromal adhering ability to bone marrow cells, is one of the possible mechanism of Basangmu Suyou Wan interfering hematopoieticmicroenvironment then advance peripheral blood photo recovery in radiation, chemistry injured mice.
