仙方活命饮加减治疗溃疡性结肠炎(活动期)84例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察仙方活命饮加减治疗溃疡性结肠炎(活动期)临床疗效。方法:采用仙方活命饮加减口服治疗本病45例;并设对照组(美沙拉嗪肠溶片,口服)观察39例,疗程4 w。结果:治疗组证候疗效有效率84.44%,对照组为71.79%(P<0.05);治疗组肠镜疗效有效率75.56%,与对照组相似(P<0.05)。结论:仙方活命饮加减治疗溃疡性结肠炎(活动期)疗效明显,开拓了中医治疗该病的临床思路。Objective： To observe the Xian-fang-huo-ming-yin decoction in treating ulcerative colitis （active） clinical curative effect. Methods： 45 cases of this disease treated with recipe and oral drink live ; and the control group （ Mesalazin enteric-coated tab- lets, oral） were observed in 39 cases, treated for 4 weeks. Results： the effective rate was 84. 44% in treatment group curative effect of syndrome, 71.79% in the control group （ P 〈 0. 05） ; treatment group colonoscopy effect rate 75.56%, similar to that in the con- trol group （P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion： Xian-fang-huo-ming-yin has been widely used in clinical, but on ulcerative colitis （active phase） was seldom reported, ulcerative colitis （active phase） with ＂acute appendicitis＂ category, the basic pathogenesis of qi stag- nation and blood stasis of dampness and heat in intestine, to Xian-fang-huo-ming-yin decoction in treating ulcerative colitis （active） the curative effect, develop clinical thinking of TCM therapy for this disease.
