从“虚”论治肾淀粉样变性病初探

摘　　要：结合现代科技,西医对肾淀粉样变性病的认知取得较大进展。中医对该病论述相对较少,但据其临床症状,结合诸多学者对该病所累积脏腑的认识及经验,认为本病多责之于脏腑虚衰,以脾肾亏虚为本,兼夹寒、痰、瘀等致病因素,进而形成复杂多变的临床表现。治疗上运用中医理论,从"虚"论治,审察病机,扶正祛邪,标本兼治。Combined with modern medical technology, the research of western medicine on renal amyloidosis has made great progress. Although traditional Chinese medicine has relatively few discussion on renal amyloidosis, we summarize many scholars＇ knowledge and experience regarding to the pathogenesis of the disease. So we think that renal amyloidosis is invovled to the deficiency of internal organs. The deficiency of spleen and kidney which is the root cause , with cold, phlegm, blood stasis and other risk factors lead to the formation of the complex clinical manifestations. Thus the treatment is based on tonifying deficiency, scrutiny pathogenesis, stengthening healthy Qi and eliminating pathogenic factors, and treating both symptoms and root causes.
