摘　　要：目的:论述细胞凋亡与系膜增生性肾病的关系,并对近年来关于中医药在该领域的研究成果及进展作一综述,为临床和科研工作提供较为全面的参考依据。方法:通过中国知网、万方数据库及EndNote查询国内外最新相关报道,并针对性收集及处理。结果:近年来关于细胞凋亡与系膜增生性肾病关系的研究报道较多,而中医药在该领域的研究颇有成效,并已成为了新的关注点。结论:细胞凋亡与系膜增生性肾病的发病及预后密切相关,中医药通过促进细胞凋亡治疗系膜增生性肾病疗效显著。Objective： To study the relation between apoptosis and mesangial proliferative nephropathy, summarize the re- search progress in Chinese medicine on this field in recent years , and provide more comprehensive reference for clinical and research work. Methods： Inquire about latest reports and make pertinency arrangement domestic and overseas through China national knowledge internet, Wanfang data translation library and PubMed. Results： Reports about apoptosis and mesangial proliferative nephropathy ben- efit very nmch in recent years, and Chinese medicine play an important role in this field and have been a new method of the therapy. Conclusion： Apoptosis plays an important role in mesangial proliferative nephropathy, and Chinese medicine is effective in the treatment of this disease by promoting the apoptosis.
