摘　　要：外丹是中医药最精华构成成分,建国以来至上个世纪末中医在外丹临床实践方面取得了一系列成就,丹药炼制技艺也得到了发展;在外科临床领域极具潜力与发展前景。由于人为障碍、自身传承等因素,二十一世纪以来,逐渐陷入生存与发展的危机,需要抢救性保护。Clinical elixir was the most marrow of all ingredient of TCM. Since the foundation of new China TCM have made great progress in applying the elixir in surgical department, and clinical elixir refining skill was also developing well. Under the efforts of all TCM physicians, the application of clinical elixir have great potent and prospects. But for the reasons of artificial obstacle and heritage way, the application of clinical elixir get into the comer and in danger of extinction, and need to be salvation.
