摘 要:针对传统核桃破壳取仁难的问题,设计了一种核桃剥壳取仁机,包括传送平带剪切挤压破碎系统、二次柔性锤击离心系统和风力—绒辊分离系统,实现核桃剥壳及壳仁分离的功能。对核桃剥壳取仁机进行实验验证,结果表明:在核桃平均直径为31.86mm的条件下(实验样本为平山棉核桃),当上下传送平带速度分别为3.36 m/s和1.60 m/s、两平带之间的垂直距离为S=16 mm、叶片轴转速为240 r/min时,剥壳效果最好,破壳率达到98%,高露仁率达到70%。Aiming at solving the actual problem that walnut decorticating and kernel taking out are difficult, we have de- signed a kind of walnut decorticating and kernel taking out machine which comprises a transmission flat belt shearing squeezing breaking system, a double hammering centrifugal system and a wind force-velvet roll separation system. The walnut decorticating and kernel taking out machine mainly has the functions of walnut decorticating and shell-kernel separating. As is shown in the experimental result, under the condition of average diameter of 31.86 mm (as Pingshan cotton walnut sample) , when the speeds of the upper transmission flat belt and the lower transmission flat belt are re- spectively 3.36m/s and 1.60m/s, the perpendicular distance between the two transmission flat belts is s = 16mm. When the rotating speed of the blade shaft is 240r/min, the effect of walnut decorticating is the best, and the rate of walnut de- corticating reaches to 98%. The high walnut exposing rate reaches to 70%.
