摘　　要：结合纺纱工艺评估的现状和灰色系统的特点,将灰色聚类评估应用在工艺设计中。研究了灰色聚类的相关问题,建立了灰色聚类评估模型。将熵权法应用在灰色聚类中,解决了聚类权重确定的问题,实现了基于熵权法的灰色聚类评估算法。利用企业的工艺和质量数据,进行了算例验证。通过对比试验证明了该评估模型应用于纺纱工艺评估的有效性。Combined the situation of spinning process assessment with and the features of the gray system, and used gray clustering in process design. Studied the related issues of gray cluster, and established a gray clustering assessment model. The entropy of gray clustering method in solving the problem of clustering weight determination to achieve the evaluation algorithm based on gray cluster Entropy Method. The use of technology and quality data of enterprises carried out numerical example. By contrast test to prove the validity of the assessment model used in the spinning process evaluation.
