摘 要:根据介绍了滚筒冷渣机使用的两节直板扬料板的技术特性。包括灰渣的动态安息角随扬料板方位角变化;扬料板持料量随扬料板弯角、方位角、滚筒转速、灰渣摩擦系数的变化;扬料板持料量随两节扬料板长度变化等两节直板扬料板设计的几何因子。采用实验室小型试验和150MW使用的工业滚筒冷渣机进行实验验证。实验结果证实了计算机模拟结论。The paper introduces results of computer simulation and experiments of rotary drum ash cooler, include laboratory investigation and industrial test. Research content is as following. The first, the relation between ash dynamic repose of angular and azimuth angle ; The second, what is ma- terial hold up changing process with the various rotation velocity, ash friction coefficient, azimuth an- gle, flight bend angular; The third, how the two lengths of flight influences the material hold up. Bench scale rig and industrial rotary drum ash cooler (for 150MW -CFB boiler) has been tested to show the performance of selected flight structure.
