薰衣草精油嗅吸法介导的人体脑电图动态响应

摘　　要：利用16导数字化脑电系统采集脑电图(electroencephalogram,EEG)信号,通过线性定量脑电图分析手段,研究健康人在嗅吸了具有相似组成的2款不同薰衣草精油配方后产生的实时EEG生理响应变化,并与空白静息下的EEG信号进行功率谱对比。结果表明,60名不同年龄段的受试者在嗅吸单方及复方精油后,以18.5Hz为代表的高频成份均不同程度受到抑制,其中单方使青年组β频域功率百分比含量降低达到显著水平(P<0.05),复方变化更显著(P<0.01);而老年组则均未表现明显差异。嗅吸薰衣草精油后,女性比男性的EEG生理响应更为敏感。此外,根据脑电地形图(BEAM)分布特点推测,枕叶是多数受试者嗅吸薰衣草精油后引起β波变化的稳定集中发生源。研究表明,EEG能够从一定程度上反映同类型不同配方精油之间的功效程度差异,为精油嗅吸法所引起的人体EEG生理响应研究提供了快速有效的方法参考。To investigate the real-time electroencephalogram （EEG） vibrations mediated by respective inhalation of two similar lavender essential oil formulas with certain differences while in comparison to that of breathing natural air. The EEG signals were obtained from a group of 60 healthy subjects according to the international sixteen-channel （10/20） system, using a Digital EEG Acquisition facility. The original data were then filtered and analyzed off-line by linear quantitative electroencephalogram （QEEG） tools. The results showed that after inhalation,most of the subjects reported a suppressed composition of high frequency brain wave which was characterized by around 18. 5 Hz. Between different age groups, the young people were observed a significant decrease of relative content of power data for frequency band β （P〈 0. 05） in pure formula trials while the other mixed formula enforced this effect （P〈0. 01）. The old people weren＇t seen any obvious distinctions. The females tended to be more sensitive than males with composure to both lavender oil aromas. Based on brain electrical activity mapping （BEAM） of power data, occipital was supposed to be the relative stable location where generated B wave activation in response to lavender oilaromas. The findmgs impty La essential oil formulas of the same functional genre. So,it is useful {or developing u to examine the psycho- physical effects for inhalation of essential oil in the aromatheraPy.
