摘 要:移动模架以其施工所占地面积小,能够实现重型混凝土箱梁整体原位制梁、施工效率高,不需要专用制梁场、重型运输和吊装设备及专用施工道路而在混凝土箱梁桥制作中得到了普遍使用。移动模架的移动过孔过程,具有行走安装控制环节多、操作过程复杂,安全风险大的特点。通过对移动模架的纵横移位过程深入研究,为了提高移动模架过孔技术,减少移动模架纵横移过程中的人工操作环节,提高纵横移过程控制水平,应用棘轮棘爪原理,设计一种方便、简捷的移动模架全液压纵横移联动行走装置,提高移动模架的生产效率,降低施工危险性,实现移动模架联动行走,满足施工要求,是一项对大型箱梁施工非常有意义的研究。MSS has been widely used in concrete box-girder bridges with the merits of high construction efficiency,small occupation area,capability of fabricating the heavy concrete box girder in situ.Furthermore,dedicated beam fabrication yard,construction road for heavy transportation and hoisting equipment are not needed in the construction process.The process of MSS passing through bridge span has such characteristics as multi-control links,complex operation process and high security risk.Through the study of vertical and horizontal shift process of MSS,based on the principle of the ratchet and pawl,a convenient and concise laterally movable mechanism with full-hydraulic linkage is worked out, which is a very meaningful research to the construction of large-scale box girder so as to improve the productivity,reduce the dangerousness in the construction process and achieve MSS linkage travelling and meet the construction require-ments.
