摘 要:硬岩TBM施工成本的评估应当与项目建设全过程相结合,而项目全过程管理包括项目工期及日常开销、人工、材料和机械成本等。而项目工期与成本主要取决于TBM的掘进速度。研究发现,在既定地质条件下,掘进速度可以依据TBM穿透速度和利用率来判断。文章通过实例,提出掘进速度的概率评估法,同时利用现金流理论,评价TBM掘进速度对项目经济的影响,建立评价模型,反映了岩体强度等级和围岩岩性。这为革新TBM合理经济利用提供了新的评价模式,可广泛应用于分析掘进率范围并量化设备经济效率数据。The cost assessment of TBM equipment for hard rock should be combined with the whole process of the project construction.The whole project management should include project duration,daily expenses,labor,materials and ma-chinery costs.The duration of the project depends largely on the TBM advance rates,however the accurate speed value is difficult to estimate.The study shows that in the certain geological conditions,driving speed can be judged according to penetration rate and utilization rate of TBM.Based on practice,a driving speed probabilistic assessment method is put forward in this paper,moreover,an evaluation is made on influence of TBM tunneling speed on project economics and the rock strength grade and lithology are reflected by cash flow theory,which provides a new evaluation model for inno-vation of reasonable economic use of TBM and can be widely used in the analysis of tunneling rate range and quantifica-tion of economical efficiency data of TBM.
