昆明东编组站改扩建工程施工过渡方案研究

摘　　要：昆明东编组站由现有的单向三级四场站型改扩建为客车并列外绕的双向三级六场编组站,对机务设施、货运设施布局均有较大程度的调整。根据昆明东编组站现有规模和列车接发、解编作业情况,以及机务段作业、货运作业、专用线调车作业情况等,结合车站改扩建方案和主要工程,依靠枢纽总图规划确定的客货运设施和机务车辆运用设施布局,提出昆明东编组站施工过渡方案。主要包括开展施工所应具备的前提条件、施工过渡方案说明和具体施工过渡步骤,确保了昆明东编组站改扩建工程顺利实施。Kunming East Marshalling Station will be expanded from existing unidirectional 3 -step/4-yard marshalling station into bidirectional 3-step/6-yard marshalling station,around it the passenger lines are set and the layout of its lo-comotive and freight facilities will be adjusted at a larger degree.According to current scale,receiving and departing op-eration and marshalling operation of Kunming East Marshalling Station,as well as locomotive depot operation,freight transportation operation and shunting operation of special line and in combination with the reconstruction scheme and main works,on the basis of the general layout of Kunming terminal,in this paper a reconstruction transition scheme is put forward for Kunming East Marshalling Station,mainly including the prerequisite before construction,and descrip-tions and specific construction steps of the transition scheme,which can not only ensure the smooth implementation of the whole reconstruction project,but also provide reference for designers of the related works.
