摘　　要：论文主要采用文献资料法、访谈法、案例分析法,对普通高校高水平篮球队的管理模式进行了探索,在分析了宁波大学、美国NCAA球队等案例的基础上,探寻普通高校高水平篮球队刚柔交互管理模式的经验以及存在的问题,进而提出相应的管理措施与建议,为普通高校高水平篮球队的发展提供参考。This paper uses literature, interviews, case analysis, general management model for college level basketball teams are explored, the search for high college experience and problems of interaction management level basketball teams rigid model is based on the analysis of Ningbo University, USA NCAA team and other cases, then propose appropriate management measures and recommendations to provide a reference for the development of high-level college basketball teams.
