摘　　要：对运动功能性中药在运动中的发展概况进行总结,分析现阶段中药在运动中的应用分类,以及中药在运动中的作用机制,并指出其存在的问题,给出合理的建议,为中药在运动中的发展前景提供科学保证。After consulting and summarizing large number of documents about exercise functional Chinese medicine used in sports, this paper analyzes their utilization classification and mechanism recently, points out some problems in using them, and proposes some reasonable suggestion for the Chinese medicine used in sports.
