摘  要:在中国特色社会主义民主政治视域中打开马克思的权利与秩序思想具有重大意义。马克思的权利与秩序关系思想是建立在批判资产阶级的权利和秩序基础之上的,其权利和秩序思想的理论前提是现实的人。从现实的人出发,马克思认为人的政治权利应是自由而平等的权利,受经济、文化条件的制约。为了实现人的自由而平等的权利必须消灭剥削、消除私有制,建立共产主义秩序。马克思主义的权利与秩序之间是辩证统一的关系,权利是秩序的主体基础,秩序是权利的保障。马克思主义权利与秩序思想对构建中国特色的社会主义民主政治具有重要的现实意义。It is of great significance to review Marx's theories concerning rights and order in the socialist democratic and political domains with Chinese characteristics. Such theories were based on the critique of the bourgeois views on rights and order, and the theoretical premise should be actual human beings. Starting from the actual human beings, Marx believed that people's political rights should be free and equal, subject to economic and cultural conditions. In order to achieve such rights, we must eliminate exploitation and private ownership, and establish the communist order. Between the rights and order in Marxism is the dialectical relationship: rights serve as the main foundation for order, while order offers safeguard to rights. The Marxist theories concerning rights and order are of great realistic significance to the building of socialist democratic politics with Chinese characteristics.
