摘  要:以江苏华电句容发电有限公司一期(2×1 000 MW)工程1号机组化学清洗为例,介绍了炉本体柠檬酸化学清洗范围、清洗工艺和清洗步骤。采取的柠檬酸清洗工艺清洗效果优良,达到了新版火力发电厂锅炉化学清洗导则的要求。清洗结束后,1号机组冷态冲洗、热态冲洗以及冲管所用除盐水量大为减少,整套机组启动期间汽水品质在较短时间内达到标准要求。The chemical cleaning of No.1 unit in the 1st stage project (2 x 1 000 MW) of Jiangsu Huadian Jurong Power Generation Co. Ltd is taken as an example to introduce the range, technology and step of the citric acid chemical cleaning for the boiler proper. The citric acid cleaning technology has great cleaning effect, which reached the requirement of new version chemical cleaning guide for steam power plant. After chemical cleaning,the amount of salt-water needed for cold washing,hot washing and pipe blowing in No.1 Unit has been greatly reduced, and the quality of steam and water during starting-up of the complete unit reaches the requirement of the standard in a short time.
