摘  要:某电厂对多年运行的发电机变压器组(发变组)保护装置进行了全面升级改造,且更新所有二次电压、电流回路电缆,机组启动试验期间,电网正值重要保供电期,调度和电厂对改造工期、安全和质量提出了严格的要求。现场通过计算,并结合同型机组经验数据,简化了试验流程,采用小电流试验和高精度仪器测试方法,解决了短路母排容量小和工期紧的问题,顺利完成了发变组保护改造后TA极性的校核工作,达到了安全、快捷的目的,为机组早日恢复正常运行赢得了宝贵的时间。A complete upgrade and modification of the generator-transformer unit protection has been done after its long year operation in a power plant, including the upgrade of all cables of secondary voltage and current circuits. Because the starting-up tests of the unit is just in the important power supply guarantee period of the power grid, serous requirements are proposed by dispatching center and power plant, including the modification time, the security and the quality. By the field calculation and combining with experience data of same type unit, the test flow is simplified. Based on small current test and test methods with high precision instruments, problems of small bus short circuit capacity and tight project schedule are solved. The TA polarity verification work after the modification of generator-transformer unit protection is completed successfully and reaches the purpose of security and rapidity, which gain precise time for the unit returning to its normal operation.
