中医药治疗艾滋病试点项目脱落病例调查分析

摘　　要：目的:分析湖北省中医药治疗艾滋病试点项目脱落病例的脱落原因及预防措施。方法:通过走访或电话调查湖北省中医药治疗艾滋病试点项目脱落的病例。结果:2004年11月至2012年11月湖北省共有302例艾滋患者接受中医药治疗,其中死亡12例,脱落97例,现有193例仍在坚持服药治疗。脱落病例中外出务工占26.8%,不愿服药占20.6%,自动退出占25.7%,交通不便不愿取药占27.8%,出狱占0%,其他占2%。结论:湖北省艾滋患者接受中医药治疗总体情况较好,脱落原因以外出务工、交通不便不愿取药和不愿服药为主,加强患者管理教育,积极随访,和患者保持密切通讯联系,合理选用中药方剂和剂型,充分利用邮政快递发放药品对减少脱落病例,巩固和提高中药治疗艾滋病疗效具有一定的指导意义。Objective：To investigate and analyze the causes of the off-cases of the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine in Hubei province AIDS pilot project and discuss practical preventive measures. Methods：by interviews or telephone surveys. Resuhs：302 AIDS patients received traditional Chinese medicine in Hubei between 2004 and 2012, of whom 12 have died,97 missed and 193 remained. In the 97 off-cases,26.8% of them are out for work,20.6% unwilling to take medicine,25.7% giving up the treatment,27.8% picking medicine difficultly for lack of access ,0% out of prison, and 2% for other reasons. Conclusion：In whole, the situation is good among AIDS patients in Hubei who have received TCM. In view of the main reasons for the off-cases, patient management education is supposed to be strengthened and active follow-up to maintain close communication with AIDS patients. In addition, traditional Chinese med- icine prescription and dosage forms should be reasonable selection and the postal delivery can be made full use of to reduce the off-cases. In this way, the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine for AIDS can be improved.
