逍遥散加减联合西黄胶囊治疗三阴乳腺癌临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察逍遥散加减合西黄胶囊治疗三阴乳腺癌术后化疗后患者的临床疗效。方法:将56例患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,对照组行手术及化疗后未服用药物治疗;治疗组加用逍遥散加减联合西黄胶囊治疗,并定期复查。结果:治疗组有效率为96.4%,对照组有效为率76.5%,治疗组的有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。两组生存率比较,治疗组生存率明显升高(P<0.05),且治疗组的生存质量改善率明显优于对照组(P<0.01),治疗组的3 a及5 a复发率较对照组明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:应用逍遥散加减联合西黄胶囊治疗三阴乳腺癌术后化疗后患者疗效显著,能改善患者生存质量,有效预防复发和转移。Objective：To observe the clinical observation of therapeutic efficacy of modified Xiaoyao San and Xihuang capsules on trea- ting triple negative breast cancer patients which after surgery and chemotherapy. Methods ：56 triple negative breast cancer patients which after surgery and chemotherapy were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in treatment group were treated with modified Xiaoyao San and Xihuang Capsules whose received regular check, patients in control group were only checked regularly. Resuks：The total effec- tive rate in treatment group was significantly higher than the control group （P 〈 0.01 ） , compared with the two groups, the treatment group survival rates was significantly increased （P 〈 0.05 ） , the change of life quality in the treatment group was higher than in control group significantly （P 〈 0.01 ） , the 3 years and 5 years recurrence rates of treatment group decreased than the control group significantly （ P 〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： The application of modified Xiaoyao San and Xihuang Capsules on treating triple negative breast cancer pa- tients which after surgery and chemotherapy can improve the patients＇life quality, the therapeutic efficacy were obvious, and it can prevent the recrudescence and transform effectively.
