补阳还五汤并腰交感神经节切除对坐骨神经组织学的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨补阳还五汤口服加药浴并腰交感神经节切除对坐骨神经组织形态学的影响。方法:60只SD大鼠随机平均分为对照组和实验组。60只SD大鼠均暴露左侧坐骨神经,对照组只钳夹及腰交感神经节切除(LSGT);实验组钳夹后即用LSGT并补阳还五汤口服加药浴治疗。观察钳夹后大鼠坐骨神经远端组织学变化。结果:在LSGT后第2周、第4周、第6周,实验组钳夹处神经远端逐渐有轴突和髓鞘生成,结构较紧密,碎片减少。髓鞘板层样结构清楚,轴浆内线粒体结构正常且数目增多;对照组光镜下可见轴突肿胀断裂,髓鞘碎片较多,瓦勒氏变性明显。髓鞘断裂,线粒体肿胀呈球形。结论:补阳还五汤口服加药浴并腰交感神经节切除可以明显加速坐骨神经损伤后组织学形态上的恢复。Objective： To investigate the effect of oral administration and medicine bath of Buyang Huanwu decoction and Lumbar Sympathetic Ganglionectomy（LSGT） on its morphology. Methods ：60 Sprague Dawley rats whose left sympathectic ganglion were exposed were divided into two groups. The rats in control group received LSGT while those in the experimental group take oral administration and medicine bath of BuYangHuanWu decoction, the histological changes of distal Sciatic nerve were studied after injury. Results：In LSGT after 2,4,6 weeks, the experimental group clamp nerve distal gradually axon and myelin formation, structure more closely, debris reduc- tion. Myelin sheath like structure clear, axonal mitochondria structure in normal and increasing in number;the control group under light microscope axonal swelling fracture, myelin debris more obvious, Waleshi degeneration. Myelin fracture, mitochondrial swelling is spheri- cal. Conclusion：Buyanghuanwu decoction oral plus medicated bath and LSGT can significantly accelerate the sciatic nerve injury after histological morphology on the recovery.
