摘　　要：夏枯草具有清泻肝火、散结消肿、清热解毒、祛痰止咳、凉血止血的功效。现代研究表明夏枯草含有三萜类、甾醇类等成分,有降血压、降血脂、降血糖等作用,另外夏枯草对儿童乳房发育症和婴幼儿血管瘤有较好的治疗作用,且不良反应小,并有调节内分泌的功能。Selfheal has functions such as clearing liver fire, removing stasis and eliminating swelling, clearing away heat and toxic mate- rials, cooling blood and hemostasis. Modern research has shown that selfheal contains triterpene, sterols and other ingredients, and it has effects such as decreasing blood pressure, reducing blood fat, and lowering blood glucose. In addition, selfheal has good treatment effect on gynecomastia in children and infant hemangioma, and it has small reaction compared with western medicine, which declare that it has certain regulating endocrine function.
