摘  要:目的:观察干姜人参半夏汤对妊娠小鼠致畸敏感期的影响。方法:将80只孕鼠随机分为空白组,干姜人参半夏汤低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组,每组各20只。各组于孕后第6天开始灌胃至第17天,妊娠第18天处死孕鼠,并观察各组孕鼠体质量、胚胎发育及胎仔外观。结果:与空白对照组比较,干姜人参半夏汤各剂量组孕鼠体质量增长缓慢,且中剂量组、高剂量组有显著性差异(P<0.01);活胎率、死胎率、吸收胎率及胎仔体质量差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);高剂量组可见部分胎仔发育畸形,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:干姜人参半夏汤低剂量对妊娠小鼠生殖功能及胚胎发育无明显影响,中剂量、高剂量对其有一定的影响。Objective:To observe teratogenic effect on the sensitive issue of Ginger Ginseng Decoction to pregnant mice. Methods:80 rats were divided into control group, Ginger Ginseng Decoction low-dose group, middle dose group and high dose group, each with 20. Ad- ministered at the beginning of each group after the first six days of pregnancy to 17 days, were sacrificed on day 18 of gestation in preg- nant rats and observed the body weight of pregnant mice, embryonic development and fetal appearance. Results Compared with the con- trol group, Ginger Ginseng Decoction each dose group body mass of slow growth and high dose group had significant difference( P 〈 0. 01 ) ;live birth rate, stillbirth rate, pregnancy rate and absorption fetal body mass difference was not statistically significant (P 〉 0.05 ) ; visible part of the high-dose group fetal malformations, but no statistical significance ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion : Ginger Ginseng Decoction on pregnant mice low doses of reproductive function and no significant effect on embryonic development, in high doses to exert some in- fluence.
