中药治疗下肢带状疱疹神经痛临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察中医药治疗下肢带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床疗效。方法:将131例下肢带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组86例和治疗组45例。对照组口服止痛和营养神经的药物;治疗组在对照组的基础上加服中药治疗,2周为1个疗程。结果:对照组有效率为65.1%,治疗组有效率为93.3%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:中药治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛疗效显著。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of chinese cine meditreatment postherpetic neuralgia. Methods ：131 patients with lower extremity postherpetic neuralgia patients randomly divided into a control group of 86 patients and treatment group of 45 patients. The control group was treated with pain medication and nutrition nerve;treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group, two weeks of a course of treatment. Results ： The response rate was 65.1% in the control group, the treat- ment group was 93.3% , the two groups have more efficient, the difference was statistically significant （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion：Chinese medicine treatment of postherpetic neuralgia has significant effect.
