摘　　要：加速农村土地流转,是实现安徽省新农村建设目标的必然要求。但是我省农村土地流转机制尚不完善,土地流转还面临较多的问题。当前,应通过健全农村土地流转机制,建立土地流转登记制度,构建土地流转风险防范机制与规范土地流转管理和服务来完善我省农村土地流转制度。To accelerate the circulation of rural land is necessary to realize the goal of building a new cou-ntryside in Anhui province .But the circulation mechanism of rural land is not perfect yet ,the land cir-culation is also facing many problems .At present ,we should perfect the rural land transfer mecha-nism ,establishing land registration system , building land transfer risk prevention mechanism and standardizing the management of land circulation and service to improve the system of rural land in An-hui province .
