摘 要:以某纯电动卡车为研究对象,在对其要求的动力参数进行分析研究的基础上,对电动汽车动力系统主要部件参数进行了较为合理、简洁的选择与匹配。利用设计出来的动力参数在仿真软件CRUISE上建立纯电动汽车的动力电池、驱动电机、传动系以及车身的整车动力性模型,并用CRUISE对其进行了仿真实验。针对动力性能要求和续驶里程要求,利用遗传算法优化传动系传动比,并对得到的优化结果予以仿真,仿真结果验证了优化方法和优化结果的正确性。A pure electric truck plays the part of object of the study. On the basis of analyzing and studying the required dynamic parameters, the component parameters of the electric vehicle power system are reasonably and briefly chosen. Using the dynamic parameters that have been designed before, the vehicle dynamic model of power battery, drive motor, drive train and the body is set up based on the simulation software CRUISE and simulation test is conducted with CRUISE. Aiming at the requirements for dynamic performance and the driving range, genetic algorithm is employed to optimize the power train transmission ratio, and then the simulation is conducted. The simulation results verify the correctness of optimization results and the optimization method.
