摘 要:汽车机械式自动变速器液压系统的故障现象及原因具有模糊性特点,难以用常规可靠性理论确定其可靠性目标值。因此将模糊数学与传统故障树分析相结合,建立液压系统常见故障的故障树分析模型,以三角线性模糊数来描述底事件发生率,并确定底事件发生率均值和置信上下限值,利用模糊数学理论计算出系统故障率,分析其可靠性,为汽车机械式自动变速器液压控制系统的设计、使用和维护提供了有价值的理论依据。Fault phenomenon and its causes of AMT hydraulic system have characteristic of fuzziness. It is difficult to determine the reliability of the target value of AMT hydraulic system. So fuzzy theory is introduced into fault tree analysis. The system fault tree model was established, and the triangle linear fuzzy number was used to describe occurrence rate of bottom event. The rate down mean and confidence limits of bottom events were determined. The system fault rate was calculated out by using fuzzy mathematics theory, and its reliability was analyzed. The result provided valuable theoretical basis for the system design, operation and maintenance of the hydraulic control system of AMT.
