摘　　要：文章基于图书馆领域的关键问题研究模式，以“211”高校图书馆为调研样本，统计分析出高校图书馆信息系统管理的以“纸本资源与电子资源的深度整合”为首的十大关键问题，对“211”高校图书馆信息主管的工作重点进行了探讨，并对未来3到5年的高校信息化发展战略提出了策略性建议。Based on the key issues research pat ern in library science, an empirical study is conducted on the information system management of Project 211 Academic Library. The study founds the result of top ten key issues headed by＆quot;Deep integration of paper resources and electronic resources,＆quot;discusses four kinds of job duties of information manager, and gives some suggestions to strategic planning of Project 211 Academic Library in 3 to 5 years.
