摘　　要：信息资源作为支撑创新活动的必要支撑之一，围绕电动汽车研发决策需求特征，提出了电动汽车决策支撑信息保障框架，从规范、资源类别、人员、技术工具、数据模型等角度进行了阐述，最后围绕电动汽车的数据模型设计，详细说明了电动汽车的基础类实体、输出产物类实体、基础设施类实体、指标度量类实体、语义类实体的设计内容，力图满足电动汽车研发决策支撑用户的信息保障需求。Information resources are becoming necessary support for innovation activities. It raises the information guarantee framework around the requirement characteristics of EV R＆amp;D decision, which covers the rules, categories, staff and tools, etc. At last, it gives a ful description of the EV entities, such as base entity, output entity, infrastructure entity, measurement and indicator entity, semantic entity based on the data model with an aim to meet the requirement of information guarantee from the EV R＆amp;D decision users.
