摘 要:为更好地解决中小企业快速响应市场需求和客户要求的问题,针对产品快速响应设计的特点,提出快速响应CAE分析方法。在该方法中,构建了多客户机、双服务器、多工作站的网络体系结构;研究了产品概念设计阶段CAE分析技术,将产品CAE分析过程划分为产品研发的CAE分析和产品定制的CAE分析两个过程;在此基础上,研究了基于多客户机、双服务器、多工作站体系结构的快速响应CAE分析与系统建立方法。以桥式起重机为对象进行了实例验证,结果表明,该技术实现了快速响应CAE分析和分析驱动设计,使企业资源得到了合理利用。To better solve the problem that rapid response to market demand and customer requirements of Small and Medium Enterprises (SME), Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) analysis method of rapid response was proposed for the product characteristics of rapid response design. The network architecture of multi User clients, dual Server and multi Workstations (U/S/W) was constructed in this method. CAE analysis technology research of product concept design stage was carried out and the CAE analysis process was divided into two processes of CAE analysis between product research and development. On this basis, the method of quick response CAE analysis and system establishment was researched based on the architecture of U/S/W. The Bridge crane was taken as the example, and the results showed that the quick response CAE analysis and analysis driven design was realized, and the enterprise resource also were properly exploited.
